DO NOT answer questions from people who have not pre-enrolled.
If they have not pre-enrolled, the ONLY response is… “Go ahead and take the tour, and let me know after seeing everything from the inside if you still have any questions.”
After they have taken the free tour, still resist answering questions. Respond by sending them to a resource like the Thursday night Cut-Off call.
You can say something like…
“That’s a great question, you can find the answer here…”
And send them to a resource that will answer the question.
The reason we do this is that if we spend hours with a person answering questions, they will think they have to do the same.
The more simple and automated we make the sign up process, the more they will want to take part.
As our future (or maybe current Crowne Diamond depending on when you read this), Tim Miller, likes to say…
“The less you say, the more you make!”
In doing this for 20 years, I find that to be absolutely true!
This is a great way to handle leads that you have invited to take a look, and they said they would… but they HAVE NOT pre-enrolled yet.
I originally learned this from one of the most successful Network Marketers I’ve crossed paths with over the last 20 years (Ray Higdon).
